Passionate about the therapeutic benefits of the great outdoors and physical activity, I am most closely aligned to my own values when immersed in nature.
My experiences across Engineering, Accountancy, Leadership and Technology have shaped an empathetic and wise approach to my coaching but nothing excites me more than meeting new people, sharing new experiences and understanding new cultures.
As an ICF (ACC) & CTI qualified coach, the gold standard of coach training, the prestigious Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation is the most rigorous and respected in the industry.
This enables me to support leaders who want to advance their careers, create a connected team culture and gain greater recognition by shifting from reactive to mindful leadership.
